How UMAA Works
See how UMAA turns Margin Ratios into clear collateral management for every trade.
Margin Ratio Assignment
B2TRADER Admin assigns a Margin Ratio to each asset, reflecting its risk/liquidity profile. The root asset type always has a 100% fixed ratio.
Priority in Collateral Usage
Assets are used in the order of their Margin Ratios, starting with root asset type.
If balances are insufficient, the system moves to the next highest ratio.
For assets with the same ratio, the larger volume asset is prioritized.
Uses available balances directly without root asset type conversion, requiring enough base/quote assets for trading operations.
Relies on Margin Balance, calculated using total asset amount, Margin Ratio, and current exchange rates.

OPPORTUNITIES OF USAGE
UMAA brings efficient asset management, optimized liquidity, new market access, and greater flexibility in risk control.
Simplifies tracking and utilizing diverse assets for margin trading.
Ensures high-liquidity and low-risk assets are prioritized in collateral calculations.
Upon the product expansion there is a simple option to include new local currency into the list of collateral.
Allows traders to manage risk dynamically by selecting which assets contribute to margin calculations.
Facilitates seamless portfolio adjustments to reflect changing market conditions and liquidity preferences.
